I forgot to post these. They were illustrations for the Willamette Week spotlighting hideously disfigured villains because of the Phantom of the Opera being in town. My favorites were Doom and Two-face. The guy in the ball cap is supposed to be the bag man from GEEK LOVE.

	there's an issue of Fantastic Four where Doom takes off his mask and looks in the mirror. We see that he only has a tiny little scar - his disfigurement is all in his head. Other issues have him so hideous that people recoil in horror. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	I just fell down the Dr Doom wikipedia wormhole thanks to you. Kirby originally intended the small scar but Byrne says Doom put on his newly forged mask before it cooled and REALLY fucked up his face. (Reply to this) (Parent)
